“The Hangover Cure” Loaded fries

Ingredients

400g Karma Kebab
600g fresh fries
150g tomatoes
70g cucumber
80g mixed lettuce (preferably not rucola)
4tbsp sunflower oil
Sauce of your choice
Our tips: garlic sauce, sriracha, or honey mustard sauce (yes, really!)

Instructions

1. Buy fresh fries and prepare as directed
2. If you still don't know how easy it is to prepare Karma Kebab, here we go again; frying pan, a few tablespoons of (sunflower) oil, add kebab, and heat for 5 minutes over low heat, while stirring. Done!
3. Meanwhile, mix the lettuce (or just buy a bag of lettuce mix)
4. Tomatoes, cucumber, red onion: all cut into slices
5. Place the fries on a plate. Put a handful of cheddar on top, then the kebab, then your vegetables and THEN SAUCE, LOTS OF SAUCE
6. Top it off with some chopped chives or spring onion and some sesame seeds
