“Open it up!” Karma Flatbread

400 g Karma Kebab
1 cucumber
Lettuce
1 avocado
2 sweet potatoes
Lebanese flatbread (available from your Mediterranean deli around the corner)
Red cabbage pickle
Zhoug

instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius
2. Place the sweet potatoes (with skin) in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes to roast them
3. Prepare the pickles and sauces you plan to use
4. Prepare the Karma Kebab as described on the package
5. Get out your prettiest salad bowl. After all, you're preparing a little feast for yourself
6. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and avocado into large blocks
7. Remove the skin from your baked sweet potato and cut it into quarters
